start with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvre hour, followed by a sit down dinner, or come in and get seated and do a two, three, or even four course meal. let us create a menu with wine pairings, or take a more casual, but still sophisticated approach and let us build you platters of amazing heavy appetizers like lamb lollipops, wasabi pea crusted tuna, beef tenderloin on crostini w/caramelized onions & horseradish cream… There’s no limit to what we can create.

We are excited to offer The Chef’s Table. Choose one of our specially created, off-menu pairing experiences.
The perfect way to celebrate a special occasion, holiday dinner party, or just a good time with friends or family.
The menus are created & executed by Chef-Owner Matt Balmer, with the assistance of our culinary team.
Chef Balmer will prepare, & personally guide you through each course, and will describe your wine pairing table side.
A TRIP TO SPAIN
